Housing Rožna Dolina is conceived as a contemporary residential development that responds to the scale and character of its established Ljubljana neighbourhood. The organisation of the apartments focuses on good orientation, natural light and privacy, while balconies, terraces and landscaped outdoor areas extend the living spaces beyond the building envelope.

The façades are articulated through a layered composition of balconies, recessed elements and carefully proportioned openings that create depth and a strong visual rhythm. Contrasting surfaces and horizontal elements help break down the scale of the building volumes, while the restrained material palette gives the development a coherent and refined architectural identity.
