House Podutik is conceived as a contemporary family residence organised around everyday living, privacy and a close relationship with the surrounding landscape. The spatial concept clearly separates private and communal areas, while large openings and direct connections to terraces and garden spaces extend the interior towards the exterior.

The architecture is defined by simple geometric volumes, carefully proportioned openings and a restrained material palette. The façade composition balances solid and glazed surfaces, creating privacy where needed while opening the main living spaces towards selected views and the garden. Recessed elements, overhangs and terraces add depth to the building and reinforce its calm, contemporary character.
