Villa Pag is conceived as a contemporary residence closely connected to the character of the Adriatic landscape. The spatial organisation responds to the site, orientation and views, creating a strong relationship between interior living spaces, terraces and the surrounding terrain. The architecture emphasises privacy while opening the main spaces towards the sea and landscape.

The architectural expression is based on simple geometric volumes, deep recesses and carefully framed openings. The façade combines solid surfaces with large glazed areas, while shaded terraces and projecting elements create depth and provide protection from the intense Mediterranean sun. A restrained material palette reinforces the relationship with the rocky landscape and gives the villa a calm, monolithic character.
