House Ahčan is conceived as a contemporary family residence with a clear spatial organisation and a strong connection to its immediate surroundings. The layout balances privacy and openness, while the main living spaces are oriented towards terraces and garden areas to extend everyday life beyond the building envelope.

The architecture is defined by simple geometric volumes, carefully proportioned openings and a restrained material palette. The façade balances solid surfaces with larger glazed areas, while recessed elements, overhangs and terraces create depth, shade and a strong visual relationship between inside and outside. The overall composition gives the house a calm and refined contemporary character.
