The spatial organisation combines accommodation, communal areas and supporting programmes within a clear architectural structure, while terraces and exterior spaces strengthen the relationship between the buildings and the landscape.

The architecture is articulated through a composition of clearly defined volumes, deep recesses and carefully positioned openings. The façades combine solid surfaces with larger glazed areas to frame views and bring natural light deep into the interiors.
