Resort Ponca is conceived as a contemporary hospitality complex closely connected to its natural surroundings. The spatial organisation combines accommodation, communal areas and supporting programmes within a clear architectural structure, while terraces and exterior spaces strengthen the relationship between the buildings and the landscape.
The architecture is articulated through a composition of clearly defined volumes, deep recesses and carefully positioned openings. The façades combine solid surfaces with larger glazed areas to frame views and bring natural light deep into the interiors. A restrained material palette, precise detailing and the interplay between horizontal and vertical elements give the resort a calm contemporary identity that responds to the scale and character of its alpine setting.
