Hotel and Restaurant Litijska is conceived as a contemporary hospitality complex that brings together accommodation, dining and supporting public programmes within a clear and efficient spatial organisation. The project establishes a strong relationship between the more public restaurant areas and the more private hotel functions, while maintaining a coherent architectural identity throughout the building.
The façade is articulated through a balanced composition of solid surfaces, glazing and recessed elements that create depth and distinguish the different programme zones. Carefully proportioned openings and horizontal accents give the building a clear rhythm, while a restrained material palette reinforces its contemporary character and provides a unified expression for both the hotel and restaurant.
