Housing Litijska is conceived as a contemporary residential development with a clear spatial structure and a strong relationship to its urban surroundings. The organisation of the building focuses on efficient apartment layouts, good orientation and the integration of balconies and terraces as an extension of the interior living spaces.

The façade is articulated through a controlled rhythm of openings, balconies and recessed elements that create depth and reduce the perceived scale of the building. Horizontal lines are balanced by vertical accents, while a restrained material palette and carefully proportioned details give the development a coherent and recognisable architectural identity.
