Neighborhood Vič is conceived as a contemporary residential ensemble organised around a clear urban structure and a balanced relationship between buildings, streets and shared open spaces. The placement of the volumes creates a legible neighbourhood scale while allowing good orientation, daylight and privacy for individual apartments.

The façades are articulated through a consistent rhythm of openings, balconies and recessed elements that give depth and variation to the buildings. Changes in volume, proportion and surface treatment help reduce the perceived scale of the development, while a restrained material palette connects the individual buildings into a coherent architectural whole.
